我们学校教学的问题的存在不仅仅是教育制度和老师的教育方法的问题，同时也有学生等方面的问题，这不是把国外的教育模式生搬硬套进来就能解决的问题。但我们可以批判地吸收国外高校培育人才的经验，改变学校一些不合理的制度，提高老师的教学质量，培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。
（一） 作为一所专科院校，一些与专业相关的必修课程不可能太少，但可以适当增加选修课数量和课时，让学生有更多的机会学习自己感兴趣的知识，并且在选修前鼓励学生到课堂内旁听。
（二） 增加实训课的次数，提高学生解决实际问题的能力，积累实践经验。
（三） 逐步提高学生参与课堂讨论的积极性。调整课堂时间的安排，减少讲解的时间，给学生与学生之间、学生与老师之间更多交流的机会，给学生充分发表自己见解和自主思考的机会。
（四） 以案例、实际问题为中心组织教学。老师在教学设置时，应该把学习的背景从课堂迁移到生活中。这样能让学生更加明确学习的目的和作用，教学方式也更有实践性。

1、搭建一个平台，为大学生“创新创业，实践成才”提供阵地。
目前，高等教育在培养大学生方面既要重视基本知识和基本技能的训练，又要注重实践经验的积累，引导学生经常参加各种社会实践活动，只有这样才能为社会培养出更多合格的建设者与接班人。在创业教育中，应实事求是，根据实际把书本上的知识与具体实践相结合，为大学生“创新创业，实践成才”搭建一个平台、提供一块阵地，让大学生真正与社会接轨。青年就业创业素质训练营正是
为广大学子提供了这样一个自我磨练、自我提升、不断创新的坚实阵地。它是学生实现自己商业创意、锻炼管理实践能力的良好实践载体，成为学校扶助学生自主创业的一个“孵化器”。
2、建立一种联系，实现校企共建、“师徒”双赢。
眼高手低、纸上谈兵，是多数大学生创业者的特点，由于经验及管理能力不足，使大学生在创业中屡屡受挫。目前，我国在校大学生普遍掌握较为丰富的专业知识、对未来也有一些新鲜创意，但实践经验却极其匮乏。比较而言，社会上一些成功的企业家们却往往拥有较为丰富的“实战经验”，但有时却缺乏创新的活力。所以，把企业与学校有机地集合起来，实现校企共建，无论是对企业的发展还是对目前我国高校教育，无疑是互利双赢、锦上添花。“青年就业创业训练营”就是从大学生社会实践内容与形式的创新入手，将实践教育与创新创业教育相结合。在第一校园网的资源支持下，学生们的创新思维和创业梦想通过企业这一载体最终成为了现实。
3、塑造一个品牌，使大学生在学习实践中增强就业竞争能力。

沈阳师范大学组织开展“卓越人才培训工程”,是以党校系统培训为平台,在本科生中培养一批“思想素质过硬、专业基础扎实、实践能力突出、示范作用明显”的卓越人才,使他们一方面能够形成较高的综合素质以便更好地适应社会需要,另一方面也对在校大学生起到示范表率作用。这是加强大学生创新精神和实践能力培养的探索与创新。
