一 语法讲解

1.There be 句型表示存在句型,there 在这儿没有实际意义,只是一个引

导词,

用来引出there be 句型。

2.There be + 某物 + 地点状语 +时间状语。汉语意思:“某地某时存在某物。”由于汉语习惯“存在”说成“有”,There be + 某物 + 地点状语 +时间状语 ,汉语意思:“某地某时有某物”,此时“有”并非“占

有”“拥有”,

而是“存在”。

例如:There is a book on the desk.译为“桌子上有一本书”汉语通常而

成“桌子上存在一本书”。

3.There be 句型中的主语通常放在后面,动词be 为谓语。如果主语为

数,

用There is; 如果主语为复数用There are ; 如果主语为不可数名词用There is 。

例如:There is a book on the desk.

4.There be 句型中be 的形式(is、are )应和be 后的主语保持一致,若主语有两个,谓语动词通常和靠近be动词的那一个保持一致,即采用

“就近原则”。

5.There be 句型的一般疑问句是把be动词提到句首即There前,句末用问号,朗读时用声调。肯定回答用Yes ,there is.或yes, there are .否定回答No, there isn't 或No there aren't.
