施工组织设计

摘 要

随着建筑业管理体制改革的深化，工程项目施工管理越来越受到人们的重视，其管理水平的高低成为制约企业生存与发展的第一要素，而质量、进度、成本控制是其中最为重要的管理要点。

本文以XXXXXX施工项目为实例，结合实际情况，对项目的各分部分项工程施工方案进行了详细设计。运用进度控制的基本理论知识，从项目管理者的角度出发，对项目从开工准备到竣工验收全过程进行了系统的进度规划设计，使用横道图和网络图对进度计划进行分析，并根据实际情况提出了具体的保证进度计划实施的措施；质量和安全方面，制定了严格的技术、组织措施，针对施工项目中常见问题、重点问题进行了规划，建立相应的管理组织机构，以保证质量与安全计划得以很好的实现。

摘 要

南昌至德昌高速公路D4标段工程是国家重点公路江西公路的重要组成部分，该施工组织设计是指针对本公路工程项目，在开工前针对工程本身特点和工地具体情况，按照工程的要求，对所需的施工劳动力、施工材料、施工机具和施工临时设施，经过科学计算、精心对比及合理的安排后编制出的一套在时间和空间上进行合理施工的战略部署文件。主要内容包括编制依据，编制原则，工程概况，施工准备工作总计划，施工总进度计划、资源配置计划，主要工程施工方法、施工工艺以及各种保证措施等主要内容，编制出针对性的施工组织设计，每个分部分项工程的特点、结构特征、施工难易程度工期和质量要求，编制出切实可行的施工方案，以指导施工并顺利地完成本工程项目的建设，控制工程成本，创建优质工程。

this highway and aim at an engineering characteristics and workplace concrete circumstance before starting work, according to the request of engineering, to the construction labor force needed, start construction material, start construction temporary facilities of machine tool and construction, after science calculation and with meticulous care contrast and reasonable of arrangement after draw up a set of strategic deployment document that carries on a reasonable construction on time and space of .The main contents includes to draw up basis, draw up a principle, engineering general situation, start construction to prepare to work to totally row, start construction total progress plan and resources allocation plan, the main engineering starts construction method, start construction main contentses, such as craft and various assurance measure...etc., draw up to aim at a sexual construction organization design, the characteristics of each cent parts of item engineerings, structure characteristic, start construction the difficult easy degree work expect to request and draw up a practical viable construction project with quality, with instruction construction combine successfully completion originally the construction of the engineering item, control engineering cost, establish high-quality engineering.

本设计主要包括以下内容：工程施工组织设计书、施工进度计划安排、施工平面布置图、具体施工方案。为确保工期、质量及安全、文明工地,节约成本等条件,编制出针对性的施工组织设计,每个分部分项工程的特点,结构特征,施工难易程度工期和质量要求,编制出切实可行的施工方案。以指导施工顺利地完成本工程项目的建设,控制工程成本,创建优质工程。
