人物通讯的采写技巧
——以校团委百名优秀校友采写为例
1、人物通讯的定义
人物通讯是以新闻人物为报道对象的通讯类型。它着重报道一个或几
个人物的思想、言行和事迹。
要求：把人物放在突出的地位，从人物的一个侧面或某些片断入手，比较详细地描述人物的事迹，揭示人物的思想，展现人物的精神风貌
和个性。
2、内容选取
a、抓住人物身上“亮点”：最闪光的性格；最能体现时代气息的特征。以此写出人物的个性和特色，但不要千篇一律，把校友都写成一个模
型。
b、选择最能再现人物思想风貌的事实。
写人物通讯要绘写人物的精神世界，揭示人格的力量，要通过有说服力的事实来再现人物的思想风貌。事实要为展现人物思想风貌服务，而不能只把注意力集中在人物的经历和事件发展过程上，忽略对人物思想、信念等方面的挖掘，不能停留在好人好事记录的表层现象上。
c、选择最能展现人物内心世界的细节。
通讯不是依靠抽象空洞的说教和赞美，而是通过富有人情味的人物的言语和行动来征服读者的。有时你费劲心思堆积了一些形容词诸如“孜孜不倦、发奋图强、勇于创新”等来赞美人物，不如人物一句质
朴的语言或一个细小的动作更传神。
d、综合运用叙述、议论、抒情等多种表达方式表明作者的倾向，表现作者明显的感情色彩，但不能违背新闻真实性原则。人物专访是一种新闻通讯，而不是文学作品，所以它必须遵循“真实”的原则。即一切以事实为依据，用事实说话，而不要用自己的主观判断替代事实
的描述。
3、采写过程
（1）前期准备
a、采访前先广泛搜集采访对象的资料（书面材料，网络资源，走访校友的老师、同学、亲朋、同事等），熟悉和研究采访对象的个性特点、习惯爱好、专业特长等基本情况。有可能的话和采访对象一起工
作生活一段时间，深入了解采访对象，把人物写活。
b、拟订采访提纲。
C、配备纸、笔、相机、录音笔或MP3等采访工具。
（2）进行采访
采访可通过面谈、电话、网络等方式完成。
a、与采访对象联系预约采访时间地点。
b、创造合适的采访机会。
寻找合适的采访环境；选择合适的采访时间；营造合适的采访氛围；
创造合适的谈话语境。
C、分析采访对象的个性心理：
——理性、感性、外向型、内向型
社会心理：
——配合型、消极型、回避型、阻挠型
d、采访中要注意现场观察，观察采访对象和现场及周围环境。 一般是在见面时，要先迅速扫视一下周围环境；在和访问对象接触初期，可先打量一下对方的外表、装饰和神情；采访到关键时，要注意观察对方的表情和动作。房间的摆设，人物的服饰、神情等可以体现人物的情趣和个性特点，这些也是写作时的丰富素材，是把人物写活
的关键之一。
e、采访知情人。人物采访一般需要采访两类人——新闻人物和知情
人。
如写刘少奇去访问他的妻子王光美，写王军霞去访问她的教练马俊仁，
写一名教授去采访他的学生，以把人物写得立体丰满。有时旁人的感受比当事人自己的述说更令人信服、更直观，更何况有些东西当事人
自身感受不到，也不会说，而旁人往往印象深刻。
(3)写作。采访结束后整理素材，提炼主题，然后谋篇布局，开始写
作。
A、表现人物的常用手法
在矛盾冲突中写人；借他人之口刻划人；借景写人
B、注意事项
a、写作时要站在读者的角度思考——文章写给谁看？
b、注意材料取舍，切忌面面俱到。
c、用语简洁。
d、注意段落的准确划分以及标点符号的准确使用。
(4)稿子写好后请返回给采访对象审查。
4、写作结构
（1）标题：生动、鲜明
事迹/思想精神（主标题）
——记/访×××（副标题）
如：一份特殊的遗书
——追记徽县伏家镇伏镇村村主任孔荣勤
（2）引文（正文前面部分的文字）：
a、人物简介（人物简介也可放在文中，或者文末）
通用格式：×××，男，1970年生，浙江宁波人。1990年9月至1994年7月在浙江理工大学服装学院服装设计专业学习，毕业后分配到×××工作，现任×××。工作中敢于拼搏、乐于奉献，获得×××荣
誉。
本次写作的人物通讯要求采用正文前“人物简介”的形式。
b、人物思想的概括（凝练、优美）
c、人物的言行记录（最能代表人物性感的言行）
(3)正文
A、开头最好是感性的，让受众对人物的相貌、身份、经历或生活工
作环境或人物的性感有个感性的认识。
如老课文《卓越的科学家竺可桢》：
春天，在北海公园，常常有一位面容清瘦、精神矍铄的老人，早晨上班从北门进园，南门出去，下午下班从南门进园，北门出去。这位老人就是卓越的科学家竺可桢。从他的住宅到办公地点，正好经过北海

云南铬渣新闻采访策划方案
一、 背景分析：云南曲靖市陆良化工实业有限公司企业生产之后有
17年都没有对铬渣进行任何处理，废料就随意倾倒在南盘江旁露天堆放。这次违法倾倒铬渣废料，导致该市麒麟区三宝镇张家营村委会的两户村民家中饲养的77头牲畜出现了死亡。而当地领导却没有对事件进行恰当有效的处理，有失职、渎职的嫌疑。为了更好的解决云南铬渣污染问题，本报记者决定实地考察，了解真实情况。
二、 采访与报道主题策划：云南铬渣污染的危害与当地部门领导的
处理
三、 表现方式：现场报道、同期声和解说词
四、 采访现场策划：由记者现场介入，出镜参与和观察新闻事实。
为了尽可能减少对现场的干扰，记者在现场组织信息时，要时刻记着与报道主题练联系在一起。而场务人员则负责配合记者做好现场的各种安排工作，尽最大可能摄取更多的原始信息形态，保证给观众一个真实的现场。
主要步骤：
（一） 提问问题：

3、 据统计此次铬污染事件共造成倾倒铬渣农村77
头牲畜死亡，叉冲水库4万立方米水体造成污染
的情况，给您今后的工作有什么影响或者启发？
（二） 记者现场播报：①根据中山大学环境与地球资源研
究中心主任周永章教授的解释，重金属污染随着距离
的增加，影响会越来越小。一般来说，近距离两三百
公里以内，影响是比较大， 但到了四五百公里以外，
慢慢就降为正常水平。五千吨铬渣污染没有污染珠江
水，这是一个值得庆幸的消息，但是面对曲靖有关部
门对此事的处理，确实让人疑问重重。事发已经三个
多月，为什么对此次严重污染事件的处理只停留在刑
拘两名司机上。对涉事企业的调查，和对失职、渎职
监管人员的问责也没有任何消息，特别是曲靖有关部
门对污染源的处置是否有效，云南曲靖铬污染事件疑
问还有很多。 ②这次违法倾倒铬渣废料，导致麒麟区
三宝镇张家营村委会的两户村民家中饲养的77头牲畜
出现了死亡。在今天上午10点钟的时候曲靖市已经按
照目前市场价30块钱一公斤的价格对这些受损的农
户，也就是两户群众进行的赔偿。牲畜的重量是怎么
算出来的，据我们了解，在牲畜死亡进行检验之后，
当地畜牧部门对死亡的牲畜进行了称重，之后才进行
消毒掩埋处理，两户群众对这个赔偿标准还是比较满
意的。
（三） 现场述评：此次污染事件给部分群众造成了一定财产损
失和生产生活不便，给珠江流域民众造成了一定的心理担忧，给社会带来了极大的不良影响。虽然此次非法倾倒铬渣致污事件的发生实属偶然，但仍暴露出了部分企业主体责任严重缺位、监管部门监管失察等问题。通过此次事件，暴露出曲靖市有关方面环境保护思想认识滞后、监管责任落实不到位、信息公开不及时等问题，这些都是需要当地有关部门检讨和反思的。
五、 人员安排：记者：要求工作严谨，能对现场灵活把握。
摄像师：摄像技术达到一定水平，能够对现场环境做到正确判断，从而获得满意的拍摄效果。
场务人员两名：负责分工合作，关键时刻做到给记者提词，给摄影师做场记等要求。
六、 预见性策划：1、当我们向当地领导部门采访时，可能会遭到
拒绝，所以在这之前应该找到当地领导的电话号码，在当事人拒绝出镜时，与其保持电话采访。
2、天气多变情况是大多数在外采访不可避免的问题，所以采访之前应做好防风、防雨措施。

A small fire broke out in the hotel. The sprinklers and alarm performed as they should, guests
were evacuated and the fire department is on the scene to investigate. While this ordinarily
would not be of much interest to media, there has been a recent wave of fires in area hotels that
the media are reporting to be the work of an arsonist. The local newspaper arrives on the scene
to investigate.

turns his back for a moment to help set up a photograph of the wedding party and when he

camera. After a review of surveillance tapes, an unidentified person is seen taking the camera
and walking away. Additional surveillance cameras on the property show the person leaving
the hotel, getting into a car and driving off. The local news station learns of the situation and
sends a reporter to the hotel the next day to tape a segment for their 5 p.m. news. They are off
property on the public sidewalk and are interviewing members of the wedding party and the
photographer. They request an interview with the general manager.
