二、招聘条件及要求
（一）基本条件
1.具有中华人民共和国国籍，年满十八周岁，最高年龄不超过30周岁（即1984年3月15日后出生）；
2.遵守宪法、法律和法规；
3.具备良好的品行和职业道德；
4.具有适应岗位要求的身体条件（符合2016年福建省教师资格认定体检标准）；
5.具有报考岗位相关专业（报考幼儿园的专业必须为幼儿教育或学前教育专业）全日制普通高校本科及以上学历（报考幼儿园的可为全日制普通高校大专及以上学历，但报考职校学前教育岗位的必须全日制普通高校本科及以上学历）；
6.需持有岗位要求的教师资格证书（职校的电子商务教师岗位除外，但应于聘用后一年内取得相应教师资格证书，否则取消其聘用资格）；

3.以下人员视为符合福建省户籍条件要求：（1）2016年3月15日前常住户口在福建省的报考者；
（2）福建省内高校2016年应届毕业生；（3）高考生源地或籍贯为福建省的报考者。此外，2016年3月15日前取得《福建省泉州市居住证》并在有效期内的报考人员，视同具备居住地户籍条件。
