c. 买跑鞋一定要试两只脚，而且要耐心的把鞋带全部系好之后，站起来行走和做一些动 作，感觉一下。一般，大脚趾既不要感觉挤，也不要感觉压力。后脚跟在抬起的时候鞋子 不能晃动或者滑动，当鞋带系好后，足弓和脚面部位应该正好紧贴着鞋子，不能松动，这 样才能算大小合适的跑鞋。

篇三：Nike鞋分类
喜欢Nike的同学们不难发现，Nike的鞋款众多，以至于不是发烧友很难弄清楚其间的关系和由来！凭着一点微薄的积累，也查了点资料，总结如下。
其实好好的了解了Nike的鞋款历史。你才会真正发现这个公司的厉害之处。尤其是DUNK和AF1，经典不衰………………
首先要说明的一点是，个人认为Nike的鞋都是运动鞋，有的人喜欢把DUNK和其它分开算，其实只是现在看来DUNK的技术含量不够而以，人们在运动的时候更愿意使用AIR MAX，而在当年，DUNK（以及三叶草的贝壳头Superstar）可是代表一个时代的运动鞋！
科学的来说，Nike的鞋子似乎应该按照功能来分，比如分成“足球”“篮球”“网球”等，可这类分法，恰恰不足以体现Nike的精髓和历史文化，我觉得还是以大家最喜欢的分类方法来做，以历史的演进，或者说科技含量的演进来区分。
下面逐个对：
“Air Force 1”
“DUNK”
“DUNK S B”
“AIR MAX”
“ACG”
“FREE”
进行详细的解释！为求方便理解，
尽量用我的口气叙述，不采用官方语言：）
前三类就是一般被大家称作复古鞋的款；
后三类是比较适合大众流行口味的款式。
“Air Force 1”
这就是现在耳熟能详的“AF1”。顾名思义，这肯定是一种含有空气学原理的鞋款，也就是这“第一双气垫鞋”，让Nike在82、83年针对Converse的市场上大获全胜。当然，这类鞋款当年是纯粹的篮球鞋设计思想。到了今天，“Air Force 1”与“DUNK”和“DUNK S B”一起，被Nike公司继续发扬，并称为大家所熟知的概念“复古鞋”。
“DUNK”
“AF1”作为气垫鞋始祖在83年的成功，并不是Nike获得现在这种辉煌的基本要素。85年Adidas的竞争，给Nike的冲击，迫使Nike做了一个后来影响全世界运动界的动作，签下了篮球界的灵魂Michael Jordan，以“AF1”为原型，设计了第一双签名鞋Air Jordan 1。很快顶级美国篮球校队开始拥有自己的队鞋，“DUNK”作为第一款队鞋，从此诞生。设计方面Dunk以Air Jordan 1为原型，所以都拥有了极好的抓地性能和场地感，保证了那些优秀的球员在场上可以
轻巧且稳定的运动，因此性能也不可挑剔。
所以不管“DUNK”在现在的人们眼中是怎么样，从起源来看，它也是一类不折不扣的篮球鞋。
“DUNK S B”
到了90年代末期，由于美国新新街头文化的风靡，NIKE已经不光满足在常见运动界的成功，打算扩展其产多源化而涉足到街头X-GAME。NIKE选定了最常见也是最受欢迎的X-GAME：SKATEBOARD（滑板:S B）作为进入接头文化的切入点。借鉴在复古市场上“Air Force 1”的成功，NIKE的设计师在2002年推出一个改良版的DUNK来填补NIKE在滑板界的定位空缺。这就是后来习惯被大家称作 “板鞋” 的“DUNK S B”，他具有经典的DUNK血缘，加厚了鞋舌和添加了ZOOM AIR气垫。大家应该也听说过“DUNK LE”，S B是滑板鞋，LE是篮球鞋。虽同样是复刻原年版，但LE本身还是篮球鞋，所以不能单独的划出来。
同时从这个时候开始，“DUNK”就被大致的划分为：
高筒的原设计的DUNK HI（保留高筒的篮球鞋样式）
低筒休闲版本的DUNK LOW（休闲款式）
中筒休闲版本的DUNK MID（休闲款式）
低端滑板鞋DUNK S B（S B鞋款都限量，所以比较贵）
高端休闲的DUNK PRO S B（具有收藏价值的极品）

对上述三类做一个总结：
第零：“AF1”和“DUNK”（包括LE与S B）其实各自的款式只有那样子的一种，只是在配色上进
行不同款式的区分（当然，加不加zoom air这种内部区别，有的时候就是品质与价格的分水岭了），行家一般就知道，它们经常以一种特殊意义或者和某个时尚品牌合作，推出由含义的款式。我拿不是很远的情人节款作例子。下面给大家看看“AF1”和“DUNK”的基本区别（6楼）。
第一：S B鞋的鞋舌上缝有“NIKE S B”标志，普通的DUNK在鞋舌上的标志是“NIKE”，此外“AIR FORCE 1”的标志则是“NIKE AIR”.
第二：鞋舌，S B系DUNK的鞋舌厚度通常几倍于普通的DUNK。这是为了保护滑板运动员的脚面。
第三：鞋带，普通DUNK采用的是宽纺织鞋带，而S B采用厚鞋带。
第三：鞋垫，普通的DUNK鞋垫上印有“NIKE”及其logo。LE系的DUNK的鞋垫上则印有“LE”的logo。S B鞋的鞋垫下面会有两块附着式的Zoom Air。这自然也是出于舒适性与安全性的考虑。
第四：S B系鞋款的外底边缘处有十余个凹槽，这种设计主要是方便玩滑板时跳跃并用脚底提起滑板头部的动作。而原年版的DUNK一般没有这种凹槽。
第五：DUNK S B的脚后跟外侧一般会有涉及到该款鞋身份的针织logo。这涉及到各大街牌与NIKE合作推出S B的体制。
