小学生怎样文明上网
1、加强管理，对学生进行网络安全教育。贯彻践行以“八荣八耻”为主要内容的社会主义荣辱观，教育学生做到文明上网、健康上网。学校要加强管理，创造条件，充分利用学校的资源，向学生开放微机室。应利用班会侈、展“文明上网’，系列教育活动。如举办“争做网络文明人”签名宣誓活动，举办“中学生上网利弊辨论活动，“中学生文明上网”讨论活动等等。通过一系列教育活动，培养青少年学生健康人格，使学生在数导化、虚拟化网络中，在没人监督环境中能够慎独，增瘾我约束能力，提高审视、识别有害信息能力。
2、学校要教育帮助学生树立正确人生观、价值观、世界观，树立远大理想，把主要精力用在努力学习科学文化知识上，严于律己，自觉抵制网络的不良影响，为学生介绍一些绿色网站。
3,要求广大中学生上网要做到“三不”和“三上”，正确处理上网与学习的关系；绿色上网，熟悉上网的安全通道。
4、对违规进入营业性“网吧”和在网上有违法和导他们参加学校丰富多彩文化娱乐活动，对经教育仍未改过的学生要给予纪律处分，并对他们进行跟踪管理，做好档案记录。
5、加强指导，做好学生上网内容的引导工作。学校要向学生推荐浏览教育类网站和有关天文、地理、科学和新闻类网站。
6、学校或班级成立计算机兴趣小组，鼓励这些学生利用网络资源，进一步提高自己的电脑水平，鼓励学生积极参加上级教育部门组织的各项网络知识竞赛活动。
7、教育学生上网要适度，不占用正常学习时间上网，不通宵上网。适当控制上网时间，注意保护眼睛和身体。一般每次上网不要超过1小时。要学生控制上网娱乐的时间，不进黑网吧，不玩对青少年学生有害的游戏，不看暴力和色情影视片。建议学生适当的玩非盈利性的益智类游戏。如：中国象棋、国际象棋、围棋等。
8,任课教师布置一些课后作业，可让学生在上网时完成。如语文·历史·政治、地理等学科，可以让学生上网收集整理相应的资料。
9,要求学生遵守《全国青少年网络文明公约》，争做网络文明先锋。
10,没有经过父母同意，不要轻易把自己及家庭中的真实信息在网上告诉别人。尽可能不要在网上论坛、网上广告栏、聊天室上公开你的Email地址。
11、不和陌生人过多聊天，不和陌生异性网友约会。如果要与网友见面，必须在父母的同意和护送下进行。
12,不要在聊天室或BBS上散布对别人有攻击性的话语，也不能传播或转发他人那些违反中小学生行为规范甚至触犯法律的内容，网上网下都得做守法的小公民。
13,如果遇到网上有人刻意伤害你，应当立刻告诉家长或老师。
14,多进知名网站和中央网站，不看不健康的网站，学生不宜进的网站，不要进去。即使不小心进去了，应立刻离开。
15,在聊天室中，如果发现有人发表不正确的言论，应立刻离开，自己也不要散布不正确的言论，或攻击别人。不制作、传播非法的图片、网页或动画，危害他人和社会。
