Mom Fish: Hold it right there, buddy. My son just dropped that quarter. 蟹老板：Yeah? Well that kid looks pretty shifty to me. How do I know he didn't steal it? (lady hits him in the face with her purse) Hey! That little brat is throwing perfectly good money away! Oh, so if I can't have it, no one... (gets hit in the face with the purse again) I hope he throws all your retirement money down a hole. (walks over to the well) Poor little quarter. What the...? This well is full of money! Don't worry little fellas, I'll save ya! (tries to climb in the well but is too big) Oh, it's no use. Me poop deck's too big.

Lady Fish: Make a wish, dear. Harold: All my wishes have already come true.

Lady Fish: Oh you. (tosses the coin at the well)

蟹老板：Noo!! (jumps at the coin) I'll save ya, money! (grabs the coin) Gotcha. What do you heartless brutes think you're doing?

Harold: Umm, using the wishing well.

Lady Fish: You toss in a coin and make a wish. 蟹老板：And then what?

Harold: And...that's it. Nothing else happens.

Lady Fish: It's fun!

蟹老板：Oh, Squidward, don't you believe in magic? 海绵宝宝：Yeah, Squidward, don't you believe in magic? (walks off)

章鱼哥： No, I don't, and neither does Mr Krabs.

海绵宝宝：Well, I do. This well's gonna make a lot of dreams come true. (starts digging) What's the first thing you're gonna wish for?

蟹老板：Hold on there, Spongebob. Let me show you your new station. It's kind of a promotion. Sorta.

海绵宝宝：Promotion? (scene cuts to Spongebob being lowered in the well in a bucket) Why do I have to go down in the well?

蟹老板：To collect the money!

海绵宝宝：How long do I have to stay down here?

蟹老板：See ya in 8 hours. 海绵宝宝：Thanks for the promotion. It sure is dark and scary down here. (a coin hits Spongebob in the head)

(a big telescope with an eye looking out of it appears. Mr. Krabs and Spongebob scream) What in the deep blue is that?

Sandy: There's a full moon out tonight. Do you like my new telescope I wished for?

Sandy: That wishing well sure does work. 蟹老板：Just a coincidence. (Mrs. Puff drives up in a new boat)

Mrs. Puff: What do you think of my new hot rod?

海绵宝宝：It's beautiful, Mrs. Puff. How's about letting me take it for a spin? (both laugh) Mrs. Puff: No. (drives off)

德国的章鱼战略

物联网、大数据、云端、人工智慧，已经逐渐走进、改变人类生活。

德国的章鱼大战略，不仅颠覆制造业，甚至将翻转你我的工作、企业人才训练和学校教育。

记得2010年南非世足赛的章鱼哥保罗吗？从小组预赛到冠军赛，八场赛事，他都命中，如此神准，是巧合还是有诈？无论真相如何，他第一次让世人见识到章鱼的神奇。

未来二十年，章鱼将会是人类最急于模仿的生物。因为章鱼的智慧，可能是能代表物联网、大数据、云端等等最夯的议题，他甚至可能是很多国家转型的答案。

章鱼不但是无脊椎生物当中智商最高的，且进化速度惊人。有科学家预言，假以时日，他们可能成为地球上，人之外最高级的智慧生命。研究人员曾在笼子里放龙虾想诱捕章鱼，结果被章鱼破解，偷走龙虾扬长而去，让研究人员目瞪口呆。

你可知道？章鱼有三个心脏，供给血液给它遍布全身、十分敏感的五亿个化学和触觉感测器。

这些感测器收集资讯，传回有两套记忆系统的大脑做运算、判断、决策，再发号施令给他的七手八脚。

2014年底，全世界最重要的自动化展，在德国南部纽伦堡登场。展场里一堆无线电螺丝螺帽，乍看像五金展。

其中最吸睛的，就是一只章鱼。这个展和这个章鱼，里头藏着德国二十年发展大计。

一只只章鱼，就像一条条生产线，或是一座座工厂、一串串产业链，彼此与大脑间，能够相互感测、沟通、决策、协作。这就是德国继隐形冠军之后，正动员全国上下产官学界，举全国之力投入新的国家之路——以“世界工厂的工厂”地位，重新定义制造业，抢夺未来制造业的话语权和主导权。

德国的章鱼大计，有个专业的名称：工业4.0，目标是生产全面联网，智慧制造。

“我们要运用物联网概念，延续我们在工业制造的优势”，工业4.0的三大公会之一德国电器电子制造商协会（ZVEI）研究部总监戴格纳说。

只要是和工业4.0沾上边的摊位，就特别热门，现场举办研讨会，主题只要有“工业4.0”，绝对满座。

不只德国，只要在网络上稍微搜寻一下，就知道工业4.0在全球产业界已经有多热。

蒸汽动力带动机械化生产是第一次工业革命，电力带动大规模生产是第二次，第三次是资讯化，第四次是全球制造业的下一步，智慧制造。

2011年在德国汉诺威工业展首次提出了“工业4.0”，德国政府隔年订为国家重大政策，由联邦教育及研究部和联邦经济及科技部双主导，结合传统机械业、电子电机及通讯业，建立产官学研共同平台，以西门子、SAP、博世等大企业带小企业的方式推动。

靠“工厂的工厂”地位及全球最多的隐形冠军，德国已称霸全球，为什么要发展工业4.0？——人力资源变得珍贵，不能再浪费在重复跟知识技术含量低的工作上，必须把人从机器的操作者，变成生产流程的决策者和管理者。

“以前隐形冠军可以躲起来当冠军，但现在不行了，你必须要被串联起来，”追踪德国上千家隐形冠军的柏林大学教授凡诺（Bernd Vendhr）指出，“隐形冠军的产品和服务，如果不是都用同样的规格，至少要讲同一种语言，让你可以被更大的网络连起来，产生更大的价值。”

未来，没资源给你浪费

冠军们，“串”起来吧

主持美国国家自然科学基金会产学合作研究中心的智能维护系统（IMS）研究中心、辛辛那提大学教授李杰指出，光是在一台机器上装上感测器，不能提供用户足以做出更好决策所需的资讯。工厂生产、交通状况、健康管理、救灾、银行营运等等，都会产生大数据。随着智慧感测技术，比方无线射频辨识系统（RFID），收集资料已经变得很简单。

“大家都在喊大数据，但产生一大堆数据就是大数据吗？”凡诺说，“除非资料被处理判读之后，能为需要者提供意义，否则资料本身是没有价值的。”

图解工业4.0

未来工厂人机协同

故事发生在一家鲜果汁生产工厂。

这天，果汁厂业务接到一张临时插入的一万瓶苹果凤梨汁订单，还必须两周内交货。如果在传统工厂，厂方必须决定暂停哪条生产线，拆下全部的原料槽清空洗净，换上新订单所需原料，重新设定各种成分的参数，才能应付插单开始生产。这一耽搁，少不了半天一天的时间。假如急单所需原料不够，通知采购单位紧急询问供应商，哪里有质好、量足、成本又低的货源，就不是一、两天能搞得定的事了。

但这座智慧工厂的两条产线，能够自我及相互感测沟通。第一条产线原本就是以苹果为主原料，因此优先支援生产，但苹果备料不足，采购部门的电脑在业务员接单时就已收到警讯，从上游资料中，自动筛选最适合的农场下单。

中选的农场，农夫手机也立刻收到订单。

“工业4.0的核心是具有自省能力的预测制造系统，事先把可能发生的风险避掉，让企业零忧虑，这是制造的最高境界，”李杰教授说。

这是工业4.0“章鱼智慧”的理想未来：从需求出发，智慧制造。

最理想的状况是：下班生产，上班点收。听起来像天马行空遥不可及，其实它已经是现在进行式。

单机多工

50秒换产线 24小时不停机

堪称“工业4.0之王”的西门子的一座小镇工厂，有着彼此可以相互协调的多工单机。一千多个员工，据说是三十八万员工的西门子集团的印钞机。

现在的汽车厂，可以多槽多线混线生产，说穿了还是单槽单线，同一个时间就只能涂装一个颜色。临时插入涂装一台别色车，要花多少时间更换？

台湾一家美系国产车厂的答覆是：“换洗漆槽和管线，半天跑不掉。”

猜猜在德国巴伐利亚州丁格芬（Dingolfing）BMW厂，要花多少时间更换？答案是，五十秒。

单机多工，按照不同产品的不同需求，进行不同工序产制，就像同一条生产线，能做iPhone，也能做iPad。

进入森严、不准拍照的BMW生产线，像科幻电影里的外星人工厂——偌大的厂区没有几个人，一台台机器人、快速移动的机器手臂，一天组装一千五百辆BMW轿跑车。

线上的每个汽车零组件，前端都有个小绿盒，里头是RFID晶片，存着每辆订制

车的资料。一台车需要2.5万个零件，这些机器人就根据小绿盒中的客户资料，进行客制化组装，包括这台仪表板要胡桃木、那台不要天窗??等量身订作的需求。

客户订车三个月后交车，最后一周前，客户都还能随时更改需求。整个厂的零件的库存只有两天，非常精实。

德国南部的小镇凯撒斯劳滕（Kaiserslautern），藏着化工大厂巴斯夫（BASF）的创新秘密。外观朴素的德国人工智慧研究中心（DFKI）一楼，玻璃门贴着“Smart Factory”（智慧工厂）。这里正是德国智慧工厂的诞生地。

这座智慧工厂里，只有一条生产线，上方是红、蓝、黄的液态肥皂原料，却可以同时生产每瓶都不一样配方的客制化沐浴精。这条产线就是巴斯夫客制化产线的研发基地。

一个个塑胶瓶依次在输送带上灌装、封盖、包装贴标签。仔细一看，每一罐上头的标签内都有晶片，记录着订单数据。

这个晶片，就像章鱼的大脑，命令产线装什么颜色的配方液，多少比例、什么瓶子，最后印出什么包装标签。工厂内的技术员，只需在电脑前全程掌握生产流程。

“能接客制化单，快速变化生产，未来的生产就是要能这么有弹性，”德国人工智慧研究中心创新工厂系统部总监祖克（Detlef Zuhlke）说。

一头白发六十五岁的祖克，2005年就发明了这座智慧工厂，成为工业4.0核心展示场。美国伟创力、韩国三星、日本日立等大厂，络绎于途前去取经。

“过去，生产线决定产品的生产。未来，产品决定生产线的长相，生产的概念翻转了，”在柏林办公室内，德国信息通讯协会（BITKOM）工业4.0计划负责人德斯特分析。

工业4.0的背后，除了要抢占李杰教授口中“大得不得了”的未来全球制造业设备及整合解决方案商机之外，还吸引德国自己的制造业回流。

譬如德国运动品牌阿迪达斯，目前生产几乎都在亚洲，但阿迪达斯已经在思索回德国设产线，走个性化、客制化生产的路线。

“未来柏林的民众上网订制鞋子，不需要亚洲生产完，经过五周海运才从汉堡上岸??”德斯特说。许多德国中小企业，更有机会就地升级。
